  1. Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of our clients and customers.
  2. Analyze data and identify trends to inform product development strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
  4. Develop and maintain product roadmaps to guide the long-term vision and direction of our offerings.
  5. Monitor and track industry trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  6. Lead the development of business cases for new product ideas and enhancements.
  7. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  8. Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features.
  9. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to validate product ideas and inform iterations.
  10. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, their features, and functionalities.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective product messaging and positioning strategies.
  12. Continuously monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  13. Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential issues with product features and functionality.
  14. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in product development.
  15. Mentor and provide guidance to junior business analysts on the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Business Analyst Role, Preferably In A Product Innovation Or Related Field.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Recommend Solutions To Complex Business Problems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Project Management And Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Meet Deadlines.
