WageWorks is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Data Science and Visualization Researcher to join our dynamic team.   1. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify key insights and trends in employee benefits data.
  2. Develop innovative data visualizations to effectively communicate findings and enhance the overall employee experience.
  3. Utilize data science and statistical methods to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  5. Continuously monitor and evaluate data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability of findings.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and visualization techniques.
  7. Effectively communicate complex data and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Lead and mentor junior data science and visualization researchers.
  9. Conduct presentations and trainings to educate internal teams on data analysis and visualization methods.
  10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in data analysis and visualization processes.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage data and insights for business growth.
  12. Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  13. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and data visualizations.
  14. Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  15. Continuously evaluate and enhance data visualization techniques to effectively communicate complex data.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree In Data Science Or Related Field: A Senior Data Science And Visualization Researcher At Wageworks Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Extensive Experience In Data Analysis And Visualization: Candidates Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Visualization, With A Strong Understanding Of Various Data Analysis Techniques And Tools Such As Python, R, And Tableau.

  • Strong Programming Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And Sql, And Experience With Database Management Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Machine Learning And Predictive Analytics: As A Senior Data Science And Visualization Researcher, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Machine Learning Algorithms And Predictive Analytics Techniques, And Experience In Applying Them To Solve Business Problems.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, As They Will Be Required To Present Complex Data And Analysis To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization. The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Audiences Is Essential For This Role.
