  1. Develop and maintain clear and concise technical content for WageWorks' products and services.
  2. Translate complex technical information into user-friendly language.
  3. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in line with company standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand product features.
  5. Conduct research and gather information from subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of documentation.
  6. Edit and proofread technical content to ensure it is error-free and easily understandable.
  7. Follow established style guides and templates to maintain consistency in documentation.
  8. Continuously review and improve existing documentation to enhance user experience.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure documentation is relevant and effective.
  10. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to deliver high-quality documentation within tight deadlines.
  11. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  12. Collaborate with product development teams to understand new features and updates and incorporate them into documentation.
  13. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve the usability of documentation.
  14. Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  15. Continuously improve and streamline documentation processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Technical Communication, English, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Technical Writing Or Information Development

  • Proficiency In Madcap Flare, Adobe Framemaker, Or Other Authoring Tools

  • Knowledge Of Html, Css, And Xml For Web-Based Content Development

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To A Non-Technical Audience
