
Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement Manager
The WageWorks Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement Manager is a critical role that will lead the effort to drive our go-to-market strategy and operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your proven experience in sales enablement to shape and influence our go-to-market strategies and operations.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strategic, creative mindset and be able to create and execute both short-term tactics and long-term strategies. You should be a strong communicator and collaborator, with an understanding of how to influence cross-functional teams.We are looking for a highly experienced GTM Enablement Manager who brings 5-7 years of sales enablement experience and a track record of success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies. As a data-driven leader, you will have the ability to leverage data to develop insights and reports to support decision-making. You should also have a passion for learning and teaching, as this role will require training and developing sales teams.The successful candidate will be a highly organized, strategic thinker who can work independently and within cross-functional teams across the company.
