Director - Financial Operations

At WageWorks, we are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Director of Financial Operations. This position requires strong organizational, financial, and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 7 years of experience in financial operations and/or accounting. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and will have experience with budgeting and forecasting. The Director of Financial Operations will be responsible for the oversight and management of all financial operations and processes, and will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies for long-term growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have the ability to motivate and lead a team, as well as a passion for ensuring the highest levels of accuracy, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
