Responsibilites:

1. Lead digital transformation initiatives for W. L. Gore & Associates and ensure successful implementation of the digital transformation strategy.
2. Collaborate with IT, business, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of all digital initiatives.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
4. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement new solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Monitor and evaluate performance of digital initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management.
6. Understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
7. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are met.
8. Design and maintain high-level project plans and timelines and adjust as needed.
9. Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of digital initiatives.
10. Stay up to date on trends and industry best practices related to digital transformation.
