
US Reimbursement and Policy Strategist
At W. L. Gore & Associates, we are looking for a US Reimbursement and Policy Strategist who can develop and manage strategies to facilitate access to our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reimbursement policy, with the ability to interpret and apply policy and regulations to our reimbursement environment. They should have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a highly organized individual who is passionate about healthcare reimbursement and committed to helping our customers achieve success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive strategies to facilitate access to W.L. Gore & Associate's products and services.
- Analyze and interpret healthcare reimbursement policies and regulations.
- Proactively identify and address reimbursement-related issues and obstacles.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor reimbursement trends and provide insights on opportunities to optimize reimbursement.
- Support the development of new product and service offerings.
- Facilitate customer success through effective reimbursement strategies.
- Track, report, and analyze reimbursement performance.
- Develop and provide training and guidance on reimbursement policies and procedures.
- Prepare documents and presentations for reimbursement committees and external stakeholders.
