Quality Engineer

The individual must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures throughout the product development and manufacturing process.
2. Identify areas of improvement and develop plans to address them.
3. Utilize problem-solving techniques to quickly assess and resolve quality issues.
4. Analyze data to identify trends and recommend corrective action.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and industry standards.
6. Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
7. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal customers and vendors.
8. Monitor and report on performance metrics.
9. Train and mentor junior Quality Engineers.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
