
Product Performance Engineer

In addition, applicants must have experience with materials science, physics, chemistry, and technology. An advanced degree (MS or PhD) in an engineering field is preferred.The successful candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of the principles of product design and development. Responsibilities of the Product Performance Engineer:
- Develop and test innovative products that meet the highest industry standards.
- Utilize knowledge of materials science, physics, chemistry, and technology in the design and development of products.
- Evaluate and identify potential product issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze data and prepare reports for management.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure successful product launches.
- Communicate with other teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure product development meets customer expectations.
- Continuously research and develop new product ideas.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable industry regulations and standards.
