Manufacturing Operator

Responsibilities:

1. Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions in order to minimize production downtime.
3. Monitor the production process and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality standards are met.
4. Track production data and record all necessary information into computer systems.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work area in order to comply with safety regulations.
6. Assist in training new employees on the proper use of equipment and safety procedures.
7. Work with other departments to ensure that all parts and materials are available in a timely manner to meet production schedules.
8. Monitor and review established production goals and identify areas for improvement.
9. Follow all safety protocols and ensure strict compliance with all company policies and procedures.
