
HR Strategic Business Partner
At W. L. Gore & Associates, we are looking for an HR Strategic Business Partner who is passionate about helping us to bring our mission and purpose to life. This individual will be responsible for developing and deploying HR strategies that support our business objectives and enable our associates to be successful. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and results-oriented professional with a track record of success in driving organizational change and developing positive relationships with our associates.The successful candidate must have at least 10 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a deep understanding of all HR disciplines. A human resources certification, such as the SPHR or PHR, is also preferred. The successful candidate must also have a demonstrated track record of developing and implementing successful, cost-effective HR programs and strategies. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively lead and collaborate with teams at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy HR strategies that support business objectives and enable associates to be successful.
- Provide guidance and consultation on HR-related topics, such as change management, talent management, organizational design, compensation, and benefits.
- Develop and implement successful, cost-effective HR programs and strategies.
- Lead and collaborate with teams at all levels of the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR strategies and make changes as needed.
- Serve as the point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from associates.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HR regulations.
- Create and maintain HR documents, such as job descriptions, performance reviews, and employee handbooks.
- Analyze and interpret HR data and provide insights to senior management.
