VP, Senior ESG Research Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage ESG research initiatives, including developing and executing short- and long-term projects.
2. Conduct research to identify new ESG topics and trends.
3. Analyze data and present findings in an understandable format.
4. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement ESG-related initiatives.
5. Develop and implement strategies to improve ESG research processes.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as industry experts and investors.
7. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings to various stakeholders.
8. Stay up to date on ESG topics and trends, and provide expert advice to senior management.
9. Train and mentor junior staff on ESG research and analysis.
10. Any other duties as assigned.
