SR. IT Quality Engineer

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, and expertise in multiple operating systems and databases. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain test plans, scripts, and strategies for system changes and updates.
2. Execute automated and manual tests to ensure accuracy and quality of system changes and updates.
3. Monitor and review test results to identify potential issues or errors.
4. Document and report any issues or errors and provide recommendations for resolution.
5. Work closely with other teams to ensure that quality standards are met.
6. Develop and implement best practices and processes for quality assurance and testing.
7. Stay up to date on new technologies and trends in software quality assurance and testing.
8. Maintain and update source control systems.
9. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex software issues.
10. Assist with the training and mentoring of junior software engineers.
