- Lead installation and conversion activities for clients' retirement plans.
- Ensure a smooth and seamless transition for clients' retirement plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the installation and conversion process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze client data and requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines for each installation and conversion project.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and address any concerns or questions.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation and conversion process.
- Train and mentor junior installation conversion specialists.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices related to retirement plan conversions.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all installation and conversion activities.
- Assist with other ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Extensive Experience In Project Management: A Sr Installation Conversion Specialist At Voya Financial Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Installation And Conversion Projects. This Includes Coordinating With Internal And External Stakeholders, Creating Project Plans, And Ensuring Timely Delivery.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Products And Systems: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Financial Products, Such As Retirement Plans, And The Technology Systems Used To Manage Them.
