  2. Serve as a senior representative in the Customer Contact Center, handling complex inquiries and issues from customers.
  3. Utilize your expertise in financial products and services to accurately and effectively assist customers.
  4. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions with clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure accurate and compliant support for customers.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  7. Act as a mentor and resource for other customer contact center representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
  9. Maintain and update customer records and documentation accurately and efficiently.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data security.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Insurance License: A Senior Customer Contact Center - Licensed Must Possess A Valid Insurance License In Order To Be Able To Provide Accurate And Compliant Information To Customers Regarding Voya Financial's Products And Services.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Insurance Industry: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Insurance Industry, Including Various Products And Services Offered, Regulations, And Market Trends.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is A Crucial Skill For A Senior Customer Contact Center - Licensed, As They Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. This Includes Being Able To Explain Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
