Extensive Experience In Risk Management: A Senior Analyst, Risk Management At Voya Financial Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Risk Management Principles And Methodologies, With At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. This Includes Experience In Identifying, Assessing, And Mitigating Various Types Of Risks.
Strong Analytical Skills: The Ability To Analyze Complex Data Sets, Identify Trends And Patterns, And Draw Actionable Insights Is Crucial For A Senior Analyst, Risk Management. This Role Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail And The Ability To Use Data To Inform Decision-Making.
Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Products: Voya Financial Deals With A Wide Range Of Financial Products And Services, So A Senior Analyst, Risk Management Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets, Products, And Regulatory Frameworks. This Includes Knowledge Of Insurance, Annuities, And Investment Products.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Senior Analyst, Risk Management, You Will Be Required To Communicate Complex Risk Concepts And Findings To Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Regulators, And External Auditors.
