Job Description

Voya Financial is seeking a Sales Technology Consultant who is passionate about technology and customer service. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing consultation services to our clients on the various technology solutions we offer. We are looking for an individual with a combination of technical knowledge and sales ability who can effectively communicate our technical products and services to our customers.To qualify for this position, you must possess strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. In addition, you should have at least two years of experience in a sales or customer service role and a deep understanding of the latest technology solutions.If you have a passion for sales and technology, and you are looking for an opportunity to showcase your skills, this is the perfect role for you. Responsibilities:

  1. Consult with clients on the various technology solutions available from Voya Financial.
  2. Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding the implementation of the technology solutions.
  3. Possess strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  4. Foster customer relationships through customer service excellence.
  5. Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the latest technology solutions.
  6. Maintain and update knowledge of Voya Financial’s products and services.
  7. Participate in sales activities and campaigns to increase customer awareness of Voya Financial’s technology solutions.
  8. Utilize strong sales skills to upsell and cross-sell Voya Financial’s products and services.
  9. Generate sales reports and compile data for analysis.
  10. Work with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
