Responsibilities:

1. Develop innovative retirement solutions for clients.
2. Provide accurate advice and counsel to clients on retirement planning, asset allocation, and retirement plan regulations.
3. Develop and present financial plans to clients.
4. Keep abreast of changes in regulations, financial markets, and product offerings.
5. Monitor retirement plan investments and performance.
6. Manage client relationships and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner.
7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
8. Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals.
9. Prepare and review quarterly and annual performance reports.
10. Participate in industry events and professional organizations.
