- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Proposal Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Voya Financial's Products, Services, And Target Market.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Proposals Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.
