  1. Lead the development and management of proposals for new business opportunities, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to gather information and develop comprehensive proposals that meet client needs.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client requirements and tailor proposals to address their specific needs.
  4. Ensure all proposal content is accurate, compelling, and aligns with brand messaging and company objectives.
  5. Manage the proposal process from start to finish, including drafting, editing, and finalizing proposal documents.
  6. Develop and maintain a library of proposal templates, graphics, and other resources to support the proposal development process.
  7. Communicate proposal status and updates to key stakeholders, including senior leadership and sales teams.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or issues that may impact the proposal process or timeline.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve the proposal development process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of proposal development.
  11. Keep current with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments to inform proposal strategies and approaches.
  12. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
  13. Represent the company professionally and positively when interacting with clients, partners, and other external stakeholders.
  14. Uphold and promote the company's values and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Proposal Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Voya Financial's Products, Services, And Target Market.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Proposals Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
