  1. Process Management: Develop and implement efficient processes to improve the overall operations of the retirement department.
  2. Client Servicing: Provide exceptional service to retirement plan clients by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.
  3. Retirement Plan Administration: Ensure accuracy and compliance with retirement plan regulations and guidelines.
  4. Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of retirement plan clients, including contributions, distributions, and plan changes.
  6. Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot any operational issues or errors, and develop solutions to prevent them from occurring in the future.
  7. Project Management: Lead and participate in projects related to retirement plan operations, such as system upgrades and process improvements.
  8. Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to retirement plan operations.
  9. Training and Development: Train and mentor new team members on retirement plan processes and procedures to ensure a high level of service delivery.
  10. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with retirement plan clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
  11. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and apply new knowledge to enhance processes and services.

Job Qualifications
