- Client Servicing: Provide exceptional service to retirement plan clients by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.
- Retirement Plan Administration: Ensure accuracy and compliance with retirement plan regulations and guidelines.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of retirement plan clients, including contributions, distributions, and plan changes.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot any operational issues or errors, and develop solutions to prevent them from occurring in the future.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in projects related to retirement plan operations, such as system upgrades and process improvements.
- Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to retirement plan operations.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor new team members on retirement plan processes and procedures to ensure a high level of service delivery.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with retirement plan clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and apply new knowledge to enhance processes and services.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Experience In Retirement Services Or Financial Planning.
Knowledge Of Retirement Products And Regulations, Including 401(K) Plans, Iras, And Pension Plans.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
