1. Develop comprehensive and accurate investment performance reports to ensure accurate financial planning and analysis for Voya Financial.
2. Analyze and evaluate financial reports to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
3. Prepare accurate financial statements and other required financial documents.
4. Monitor investment performance and provide regular updates.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate data is collected and reported.
6. Research and suggest new reporting methods to improve performance reporting.
7. Work with the investment team to ensure investment strategies are in line with company goals.
8. Provide timely responses to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends.
