Job Description

Voya Financial is looking for an Investment Performance Reporting Analyst to join our team and help us drive our mission of helping people plan, invest, and protect their savings. In this role, you will use your financial acumen to support the Investment Performance and Analytics team in designing and delivering performance reporting and analytics to our stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong technical, communication, and analytical skills. We are looking for someone who can think strategically while paying close attention to detail and accuracy. If you have a knack for investment performance reporting and analytics and a passion for creating meaningful solutions to complex problems, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute investment performance reporting and analytics for stakeholders.
  2. Utilize technical, communication, and analytical skills to provide accurate and meaningful investment performance insights.
  3. Manage data integrity to ensure accuracy and completeness of investment performance reports.
  4. Create meaningful solutions to complex investment performance related problems.
  5. Develop and manage strategic partnerships with external parties to ensure successful delivery of performance reports.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and implement innovative solutions.
  7. Monitor and analyze investment performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  9. Participate in special projects as assigned.
