- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors and partners in the emerging and mid corporate markets.
- Promote and sell Voya Financial's suite of products and services to potential and existing partners.
- Provide support and guidance to partners on our products, services, and industry trends.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively communicate and promote Voya Financial's offerings.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and partner interactions.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.
- Continuously improve knowledge and understanding of Voya Financial's products, services, and processes.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Voya Financial, representing the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
- Identify and report on market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service to partners, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Investment Products And Market Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Financial Advisors And Clients.
Series 7 And 63 Licenses, Or Willingness To Obtain Within A Specified Timeframe.
