Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Integration Analyst to join our team at Voya Financial. As an Integration Analyst, you will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining various system integrations, ensuring seamless communication between different applications within our organization. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.   1. Design and develop system integrations to support efficient and effective communication between various applications within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and project managers to understand integration requirements and provide technical expertise.
  3. Perform integration testing and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the implementation and maintenance process.
  4. Monitor and maintain existing integrations to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation for all integrations, including diagrams, specifications, and procedures.
  6. Keep up to date with industry best practices and trends in integration technologies to continuously improve processes and systems.
  7. Work with third-party vendors to integrate their systems with our internal applications.
  8. Analyze and resolve data discrepancies and system errors related to integrations.
  9. Collaborate with the security team to ensure integrations are compliant with company and industry security standards.
  10. Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues related to integrations and proactively communicate with stakeholders.
  11. Train and support end-users on how to use and troubleshoot integration-related tasks.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on system integrations, providing recommendations and guidance to stakeholders as needed.
  13. Participate in project planning and provide technical input for integration-related tasks.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through integration.
  15. Communicate regularly with the team and stakeholders to provide updates on integration projects and any potential issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In System Integration Or Data Management.

  • Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or Sql.

  • Experience With Integration Tools Such As Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Or Informatica.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Structures, Data Modeling, And Database Design Principles.
