  12. Implement and maintain software development processes and methodologies.

  15. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members for improvement.
  16. Monitor and track project progress and report any issues or risks to management.
  17. Take ownership of project delivery and ensure successful implementation of software solutions.
  18. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and align the development efforts accordingly.
  19. Act as a subject matter expert in .NET development and provide technical guidance to the team.
  20. Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to improve the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With .Net Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Developing Applications Using .Net Framework, Including Proficiency In C#, Asp.net, And Mvc.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Tech Lead, The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading A Team Of Developers And Guiding Them Through The Software Development Lifecycle. This Includes Setting Project Goals, Delegating Tasks, And Providing Technical Guidance And Mentorship.

  • Full Stack Development Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Both Front-End And Back-End Development, With Experience In Technologies Such As Html, Css, Javascript, Sql, And Web Services.
