
Financial Reporting Manager, Fixed Assets

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records of the company's fixed assets.
- Prepare and review financial statements related to fixed assets in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement processes and controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting of fixed assets.
- Analyze and interpret financial data related to fixed assets to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and complete fixed asset data is captured and reported.
- Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations related to fixed assets and ensure compliance.
- Oversee the reconciliation and reporting of fixed assets to the general ledger.
- Monitor and track fixed asset transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and impairments.
- Conduct periodic audits of fixed assets to ensure accuracy and identify any potential issues.
- Train and mentor team members on fixed asset accounting and reporting procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to the finance team on fixed asset-related matters.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of fixed asset reporting.
- Communicate and present fixed asset data and reports to stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of fixed asset-related tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain fixed asset management systems and tools.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Reporting, With A Focus On Fixed Assets.
Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Other Accounting Principles.
Experience With Financial Reporting Software, Such As Hyperion Or Sap.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Keen Attention To Detail.
