As an Events Associate, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing various corporate events, from conferences and seminars to client appreciation events.   1. Plan and coordinate all aspects of corporate events, including but not limited to venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio/visual needs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine event objectives, themes, and messaging.
  3. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximizing return on investment.
  4. Source and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
  5. Create and maintain event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
  6. Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  7. Manage event registration and attendee communication, providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries promptly.
  8. Prepare event materials and collateral, including agendas, presentations, and promotional items.
  9. Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
  10. Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback from attendees to continuously improve the event experience.
  11. Maintain event databases and track relevant metrics to measure the success of events.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event planning and management.
  13. Represent the company professionally at events and maintain positive relationships with vendors, sponsors, and attendees.
  14. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and industry regulations.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the Events team by collaborating on projects and providing support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Or A Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Event Planning, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proficient In Event Planning Software And Tools, Such As Cvent, Eventbrite, And Microsoft Office Suite.
