In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our employee benefits filing process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enhancing our clients' overall experience.   1. Oversee the entire employee benefits filing process, including all necessary documentation and deadlines.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and laws.
  3. Develop and maintain a system for tracking and managing employee benefits filings.
  4. Communicate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy of filings.
  5. Review and analyze employee benefits plans to identify potential filing issues and provide solutions.
  6. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all filings are in line with company policies and procedures.
  7. Train and supervise a team of filing coordinators to ensure efficient and effective filing processes.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to regulations that may impact employee benefits filings.
  9. Implement continuous process improvements to streamline and enhance the employee benefits filing experience for clients.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of all employee benefits filings.
  11. Prepare and present reports on filing activity and compliance to senior management.
  12. Serve as a point of contact for any filing-related inquiries or issues from clients or regulatory agencies.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new employee benefits plans and changes to existing plans.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Benefits Administration And Filing, Preferably In A Financial Services Or Insurance Company.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Such As Erisa, Hipaa, And Aca.

  • Excellent Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including The Ability To Provide Guidance And Support In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
