10. Continuously review and improve distribution processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
11. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials and campaigns to support product distribution.
12. Act as a brand ambassador for Voya Financial and promote the company's products and services to clients.
