  1. Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, quality, and security.
  2. Monitor and enforce compliance with data governance policies and procedures across the organization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data governance issues.
  4. Conduct regular data audits to identify and address data quality issues.
  5. Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data lineage documentation.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to data governance.
  7. Lead data governance training and awareness initiatives for employees.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure data governance alignment with business objectives.
  9. Manage and oversee data governance projects and initiatives.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data governance practices.
  11. Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of data governance metrics to senior management.
  12. Work closely with IT teams to implement data governance tools and technologies.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert on data governance for the organization.
  14. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  15. Foster a culture of data governance and continuous improvement within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Data Governance Or Data Management Roles

  • Proficient In Data Governance Principles, Industry Standards, And Regulatory Requirements (E.g. Gdpr, Ccpa)

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Data Quality Issues
