
AVP Client Service Specialist
Voya Financial is searching for an AVP Client Service Specialist to join our team and help us provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The AVP Client Service Specialist will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints and issues, in addition to providing support to other Client Services teams. We are looking for a customer service professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can provide exceptional service to our customers.The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, at least five years of experience in customer service, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. The candidate must also have experience in problem solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints and issues.
