Job Description

Voya Financial is looking for an innovative and skilled Analyst Investment Data and Analytics to join our team. As a key member of the Investment Data and Analytics team, you will be responsible for helping to create advanced analytical models that will inform and enable our business strategies. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail. In addition, you should have excellent knowledge of financial products and analytics, as well as experience working in a data-driven environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop advanced analytical models to inform and enable business strategies.
  2. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
  3. Monitor the performance of data and analytics systems.
  4. Work collaboratively to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  5. Monitor trends and develop strategies to maximize data usage.
  6. Keep up to date with the latest developments in analytics and data-driven solutions.
  7. Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to ensure successful data and analytics projects.
  8. Prepare and present reports to senior management.
