Job Description

Volkswagen Group is seeking a highly motivated Training Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for developing and executing training plans and providing support to employees. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and have a strong ability to plan and coordinate training programs. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and a desire to make a positive impact, this is the job for you!Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training, Education, or related field• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs• Proven experience in program management and organizational development• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook

Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deliver training programs to employees. • Create and execute training plans to meet organizational objectives. • Manage the day-to-day operations of the training program. • Implement effective learning strategies and materials. • Monitor trends in the automotive industry and adjust training plans accordingly. • Facilitate training sessions and provide feedback to employees. • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and stakeholders. • Design and implement surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. • Maintain accurate records of employee training and development. • Analyze and report on training data to inform decision making. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • Remain current on best practices in training and development.
