Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Specialist:

1. Develop and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure product standards of excellence are met.
2. Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation.
3. Identify and troubleshoot any potential quality issues.
4. Monitor and review quality control metrics and provide feedback to relevant teams.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are being met and adhered to.
6. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure products are in compliance with quality standards.
7. Develop and execute test plans and procedures to ensure product reliability.
8. Analyze test results and report findings to relevant teams.
9. Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly responding to customer inquiries.
10. Keep up to date with industry standards and best practices.
