Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Volkswagen Group. You will be the face of our organization, providing outstanding customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate has a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and is driven to help customers find solutions to their needs.To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent problem solving and listening skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be interacting with customers both in person and over the telephone. You must also be able to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.If you possess these qualities and have a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, either in person, over the phone, or via email.
  2. Utilize problem solving and excellent listening skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  3. Accurately document customer interactions in our customer relationship management system.
  4. Monitor customer complaints and escalate as needed.
  5. Remain up to date on company products and services.
  6. Demonstrate a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  7. Work independently and as part of a team to resolve customer issues.
  8. Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  10. Provide feedback to management on customer service trends.
