
Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Volkswagen Group. You will be the face of our organization, providing outstanding customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate has a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and is driven to help customers find solutions to their needs.To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent problem solving and listening skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be interacting with customers both in person and over the telephone. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, either in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Utilize problem solving and excellent listening skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our customer relationship management system.
- Monitor customer complaints and escalate as needed.
- Remain up to date on company products and services.
- Demonstrate a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Work independently and as part of a team to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to management on customer service trends.
