As a Retail Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while helping customers find the perfect Volcom product. You’ll also ensure that the store is tidy and well-stocked at all times.To be successful in this role, you’ll need a passion for the Volcom brand, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. You should have some experience working in a retail or customer service environment, and you should be comfortable using a computer and Point of Sale (POS) system. In addition, you should be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in finding the right Volcom product to meet their needs.
Ensure the store maintains a neat and organized appearance.
Keep store merchandise stocked and replenished as needed.
Process sales transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Follow all company procedures for handling cash and credit card transactions.
Offer exceptional customer service to all customers.
Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Remain knowledgeable about the Volcom brand and products.
Perform other duties as assigned.
