We’re looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at Volcom! As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our business, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate about fashion and the Volcom brand.To be successful as a Retail Associate, you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a team player, and have a strong work ethic. A solid understanding of fashion trends, an eye for detail, and the ability to multi-task are also essential. The ideal candidate should also have a minimum of 1 year of previous retail experience. Responsibilities:

5. Recommend and upsell additional products and services.
6. Maintain a neat and organized work area.
7. Receive payments and process transactions with accuracy.
8. Follow company policies and procedures.
9. Process returns and exchanges.
10. Assist in stock-taking and inventory control.
11. Ensure the store is clean and tidy.
12. Maintain an understanding of trends in fashion and the Volcom brand.
13. Handle customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
14. Assist with other tasks as needed.
