Volcom is searching for an enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team. We’re looking for a people-person with exceptional customer service skills who can help us create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. The successful candidate will be organized, dependable, and an excellent communicator. If you have a passion for assisting customers and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to have you join our team.To be successful as a Retail Associate at Volcom, you should have an outgoing and friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. You should also be familiar with retail operations and procedures and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills. A friendly attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers are essential. Above all, we’re looking for a team player who is committed to providing an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilites:

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer questions, offering product advice, and resolving customer complaints
Monitor customer flow to ensure customers are served in a timely manner
Assist customers in locating merchandise and products
Operate cash registers to process payments
Maintain store cleanliness and orderliness
Handle stock management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Assist in the promotion of products and services
Follow retail operational procedures and policies
Work as a team player to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently
