Volcom is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented Retail Associate to join our team! We are looking for an individual who is passionate about fashion and is excited to share their knowledge with our customers. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the store’s inventory, and promoting Volcom’s products and services.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales and customer service, strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a keen attention to detail. Additionally, they should be passionate about fashion and have a thorough understanding of Volcom’s brand and products. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and responding to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. • Manage store inventory, restocking shelves as needed and ensuring items are properly priced and displayed. • Promote Volcom’s products and services to customers. • Maintain a thorough understanding of Volcom’s brand and products. • Work independently and as part of a team. • Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and current promotions. • Follow all store policies and procedures. • Process transactions and maintain cash register accuracy. • Assist in visual merchandising and store maintenance. • Monitor customer traffic and respond to surges in demand. • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
