The Retail Associate is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, providing excellent product knowledge and maintaining store standards.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, ability to work flexible hours, and a passion for the Volcom brand. Previous experience in retail is preferred but not required. A friendly and positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers and guests.
2. Provide excellent product knowledge and advice.
3. Maintain store standards and ensure the store is clean and presentable.
4. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
5. Foster a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the Volcom brand.
6. Assist in the stocking of shelves, displays, and other areas.
7. Process customer payments and handle returns and exchanges.
8. Administer loyalty programs and ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed.
10. Follow all safety and security guidelines.
