Retail Associate

Volcom is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Associate to join our team! As a Retail Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping to ensure our customers have a positive shopping experience. If you’re passionate about fashion and the Volcom brand, we’d love to meet you!To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of one year of retail experience, a strong customer service background, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:

-Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful customer service -Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions they may have -Maintain knowledge of Volcom’s product lines and fashion trends -Keep the store clean, organized, and orderly -Help with merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory management -Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently -Assist with any special promotions or projects -Help promote the Volcom brand through positive customer interactions -Encourage customers to sign up for Volcom loyalty programs -Provide feedback to management on customer experiences and suggestions for improvement
