Job Description

As a Program Scheduler, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing the schedules of our healthcare staff.   1. Develop and maintain schedules for healthcare staff, ensuring efficient and effective use of time and resources.
  2. Communicate with team members to gather availability and update schedules accordingly.
  3. Monitor and track staff schedules to ensure accuracy and make adjustments as needed.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth operations.
  5. Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues.
  6. Maintain a database of staff schedules and availability.
  7. Generate reports and provide updates on schedule changes or updates.
  8. Serve as a liaison between staff and management regarding scheduling matters.
  9. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures related to scheduling.
  10. Continuously assess and improve scheduling processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Train and support team members in using scheduling tools and systems.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to schedules and staff availability.
  13. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service to staff and stakeholders.
  15. Act as a positive and professional representative of the company at all times.
