- Develop and manage schedules for healthcare programs, ensuring all appointments and tasks are appropriately coordinated and communicated with relevant parties.
- Monitor and update schedules as needed, taking into consideration any changes in patient needs or availability of resources.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient and effective scheduling of appointments and procedures.
- Communicate with patients and their families to schedule appointments and provide necessary information regarding their healthcare program.

- Provide support to healthcare team members by coordinating meetings, trainings, and other program-related events.
- Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of schedules.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on scheduling activities and any potential issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to scheduling in healthcare.
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care and exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Scheduling Or Project Management.
Proficiency In Project Management Software, Such As Microsoft Project Or Primavera.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Anticipate And Address Scheduling Conflicts.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multiple Departments And Stakeholders.
