  1. Develop and manage schedules for healthcare programs, ensuring all appointments and tasks are appropriately coordinated and communicated with relevant parties.

  3. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient and effective scheduling of appointments and procedures.

  8. Use scheduling software and tools to effectively manage and organize appointments and schedules.
  9. Provide support to healthcare team members by coordinating meetings, trainings, and other program-related events.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  12. Communicate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of schedules.
  13. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on scheduling activities and any potential issues.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to scheduling in healthcare.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care and exceptional customer service to patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Scheduling Or Project Management.

  • Proficiency In Project Management Software, Such As Microsoft Project Or Primavera.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Anticipate And Address Scheduling Conflicts.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multiple Departments And Stakeholders.
