As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.   1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, benefits, and payroll.
  4. Assist in the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
  5. Respond to employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related issues.
  6. Help administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  7. Assist with performance management processes, including employee evaluations and goal-setting.
  8. Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  9. Conduct exit interviews and assist with employee separation processes.
  10. Assist with employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
  11. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  12. Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of HR processes and procedures.
  13. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the department.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  15. Serve as a positive and professional representative of the company at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
