  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of the revenue cycle process to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for increased efficiency and profitability.
  2. Monitor and track key performance indicators related to revenue cycle and provide regular reports to management.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans and strategies for revenue growth.
  4. Utilize financial modeling and forecasting techniques to project revenue and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  5. Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  6. Develop and maintain financial models, databases, and dashboards to support decision making.
  7. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management to provide insights and recommendations for improving revenue cycle performance.
  8. Analyze revenue data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  9. Work closely with billing and coding teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and resolution of any billing issues.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to revenue cycle management and proactively implement changes to improve processes.
  11. Train and mentor junior analysts on financial analysis techniques and processes.
  12. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed.
  13. Participate in budgeting and strategic planning processes, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in revenue cycle management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Revenue Cycle Management And Healthcare Reimbursement Processes.

  • Proficiency In Financial Modeling, Forecasting, And Budgeting.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, Attention To Detail, And Ability To Communicate Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
