9. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities.
10. Participate in the development of the annual budget for admissions and monitor expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
11. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely billing for admissions.
12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to admissions and hospice care.
13. Foster a culture of compassion, empathy, and excellent customer service within the admissions team.
14. Represent VITAS Healthcare at community events and conferences to promote our services and mission.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve the admissions process to enhance the overall experience for patients and their families.
