As the Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our healthcare professionals are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care to our patients.   1. Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff to ensure high-quality care for patients.
  2. Conduct ongoing assessments of training needs and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Develop and maintain training materials and resources, including manuals, presentations, and online modules.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify training needs and develop customized training plans.
  5. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clinical staff, both in person and virtually.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to training and development.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in clinical training and incorporate them into the training programs.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
  10. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  11. Manage the training budget and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training and development activities.
  13. Communicate regularly with management and other stakeholders regarding training initiatives and progress.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on clinical training and development and provide guidance to other team members.
  15. Identify and address any barriers or challenges to successful training and development.
  16. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new clinical staff.
  17. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  18. Handle any other tasks or projects related to training and development as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field: A Coordinator Of Continuous Care Clinical Training At Vitas Healthcare Must Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field. This Educational Background Ensures That The Individual Has A Strong Foundation In Healthcare Management And Clinical Practices.

  • Prior Experience In Healthcare Training And Education: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Training Programs In A Healthcare Setting. This Experience Will Demonstrate The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Others On Clinical Practices And Procedures.

  • Knowledge Of Hospice Care And Regulations: Vitas Healthcare Specializes In Hospice Care, And It Is Essential That The Coordinator Of Continuous Care Clinical Training Has A Comprehensive Understanding Of Hospice Care And The Regulations That Govern It. This Knowledge Will Ensure That Training Programs Are In Line With Industry Standards And Compliance.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Coordinator, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Training A Team Of Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Effective Communication And Leadership Skills Are Crucial To Successfully Carry Out This Role.
