- Conduct ongoing assessments of training needs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain training materials and resources, including manuals, presentations, and online modules.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify training needs and develop customized training plans.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clinical staff, both in person and virtually.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to training and development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in clinical training and incorporate them into the training programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage the training budget and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training and development activities.
- Communicate regularly with management and other stakeholders regarding training initiatives and progress.
- Act as a subject matter expert on clinical training and development and provide guidance to other team members.
- Identify and address any barriers or challenges to successful training and development.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new clinical staff.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field: A Coordinator Of Continuous Care Clinical Training At Vitas Healthcare Must Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field. This Educational Background Ensures That The Individual Has A Strong Foundation In Healthcare Management And Clinical Practices.
Prior Experience In Healthcare Training And Education: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Training Programs In A Healthcare Setting. This Experience Will Demonstrate The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Others On Clinical Practices And Procedures.
