
International Account Specialist

This position is responsible for driving the international sales process from beginning to end, from product research to customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in international sales, customer service, and account management.The International Account Specialist must be a highly organized self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Drive international sales process from beginning to end, from product research to customer service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for international markets.
- Monitor and evaluate market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Prepare and present reports to management on international sales performance.
- Ensure that all international sales are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on product offerings and competitive landscape.
