Account Specialist

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Account Specialist to join our team at Vista Outdoor. As an Account Specialist, you’ll be responsible for assisting in the overall management of Vista Outdoor customer accounts, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You’ll be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and orders, and will be expected to identify and follow up on any customer opportunities.To be successful in this role, you’ll need excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You’ll need to be able to think on your feet and work independently, as well as collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs. An understanding of customer service principles, as well as experience in a customer-facing role, is a must.
