As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers during the busy holiday season.   1. Greet and welcome customers with a positive and friendly attitude, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in the store.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  3. Assist customers in finding products, making recommendations, and providing information about promotions and sales.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point of sale system.
  5. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor by restocking merchandise, folding and organizing clothing, and keeping displays visually appealing.
  6. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to answer questions about the brand and its products.
  7. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
  8. Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed, including but not limited to, loss prevention, cash handling, and safety protocols.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive working environment.
  10. Be knowledgeable about the current holiday season and any related events or promotions to effectively communicate this information to customers.
  11. Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, product requests, and any issues that may arise.
  12. Maintain a professional and polished appearance in line with the brand's standards.
